Plans to weaken Protected Landscapes Duty quietly dropped Westminster government published its list of amendments for the Planning and Infrastructure Bill and there are no proposals to weaken protections for National Parks.

It's now clear that the gov't are NOT proposing to repeal the Protected Landscapes duty 🙌
