I've been looking for an industry job since 2022 😫 My previous companies won't hire me because they've been bought by bigger companies.

I left my job due to racism and now I feel like I'm being punished.

I have a recruiter that's not sending my application to the hiring manager because I don't have specific experience. However, the supervisor there did not have specific experience either 😡

it seems like the recruiters are not reading my whole resume 😫

Has anybody seen success with resume summaries?

Problems I am facing in the job market:

Transferable skills not being acknowledged
Non-science recruiters
Not being able to follow up on applications
