Don't do this very often but....Under Salt Marsh (2026, Sky Atlantic 6 eps) really annoyed me.
A loosely written, over directed, badly acted (massive waste of Rafe Spall's talent), weak attempt at relocating the #ScandiNoir to Wales.
I was really looking forward to this but a massive disappointment
Now, *that* was a career.
Goodbye to Neil Sedaka.

I'll tell you who todays heroics by Will Jacks and Rehan Ahmed *is* bad news for.
Shoaib Bashir, that's who
There's no way he's getting back into the #TestMatch side in front of those two.

Essentially a two-hander with William Conrad and Anthony Quinn both in fine form.
Good support from Lita Milan & Jorge TreviΓ±o.
A clever story, well told. Recommended.

Prince's Kiss topped the NME's chart of the best singles of 1986, while the Age of Chance's version was at number eight. I've recreated the listing here:

Worth it for Nanci's between song chats alone.
There was an 'in concert' shown on UK TV (BBC2 or Ch 4 ) in the late eighties that I watched on a tiny black & white TV in a B&B in Penzance; it was utterly captivating.
Massive talent that sadly only got the smallest recognition outside the US.

Dillinger said this song was inspired by hanging out with American tourists in JA.
Based heavily on a rhythm from a Philly Soul tune, but with lyrics of pure Dillinger, it was a No.1 hit in the Netherlands in August '77...

Whereas this fistula of run-on clauses and comma-soaked dependencies reads like butter.
