feel a bit like I’m staring down the barrel of a gun. Not to be dramatic! Lol but anyways- I am going to try some #crowdfunding at this time as I’ve lost a week of work & will now have very little spending money around my #ChristmasEve #wedding & could use all help possible now. Also any 10/🧡

horrifying and beyond stressful and I’m now experiencing an intense barrage of symptoms that will make working very difficult until all of this gets sorted out. Also, my body rejecting my DMT was the first event in 2020 that snow-balled into my 2021 relapse, so I have precedent that makes me 9/🧡

That would mean changing #DMT, and as someone ineligible for #Tysabri, this would mean moving to treatments with lower efficacy. Which, I know most #MSpatients understand is very scary. I’ve just rebuilt my life after a nightmare #MSrelapse in 2021 and I’m getting #married in 2 weeks. This is 8/🧡

Neutropenia, which is a rare complication of Ocrevus where neutrophils suddenly deplete over 3mos after the most recent infusion. In that case, we can try treatment to replenish cells lost, and if I respond to that I can resume Ocrevus treatment. And if not, we will have to move on from Ocrevus. 7/🧡

forward, I’ve been referred to a #hematologist at #TexasOncology for further testing bc we now must eliminate the possibility that an adverse reaction like blood & bone marrow disorders/cancers haven’t developed as a result of Ocrevus treatment before we can confirm the possibility of Late Onset 6/🧡

the tests, one week apart, and I’m now #neutropenic. Which is great timing for the season! Thusly, I’m now ineligible for my Jan. 3 Ocrevus infusion that I already needed badly, and I’m ineligible for any #steroid treatment right now bc it will mess with further CBC testing. In order to move 5/🧡

burst open, and I had to leave work. Spent the weekend being more symptomatic than I’ve been in 2 years. Had my labs redrawn on Monday. And yesterday the results of the original test were confirmed. My #WBC and #RBC are depleting, but specifically my #neutrophils have depleted even more between 4/🧡

shoulder, face and eyes, #MShug around my left rib cage became active, left leg became heavy and very #spastic with #dropfoot as well, and all symptoms responded to every stressful thought or stressful spoken word. My neurological “dam” so to speak, that had already been under so much pressure, 3/🧡

need to be tested again to confirm the results, I fell into a full blown #flareup in the middle of the work day. I have completely split hemispheres & my left side has all my #MSactivity. My nerves became completely “lit up” as I call it on my left side, I began to twitch & jerk in my neck, 2/🧡
