15 Days straight of the 75 Medium challenge. The water intake is still the hardest part. 20% done and I’m excited to see how far I get especially when I have a convention in February.

Day 9 of my 75 Medium Challenge, my doctor is happy with my diet and with my exercise. My personal trainer said on my rest days to go slower on my walks. I do go too fast, I do go too hard. Although it’s a difficult challenge, I still need to make sure I go at an attainable pace. 💪🏽

The graphic audio is good if you like to listen to the actors act out scenes such as kissing and doing the dirty lol etc just a warning bc not everyone is into that kinda thing. 🤪

1/12 I started my 75 Medium challenge. It’s still pretty challenging although it’s not the 75 hard challenge. I have discovered things about my will power, my adhd, tools to help my adhd and habits. It’s been a great challenge not just physically but definitely mentally. 7 days completed! 68 to go!

Omggg Fourth Wing is sooo good. I’m impatiently waiting for this third book to come out this week! Happy reading! If you like audio books, the audiobook is good as well. Just know that “graphic audio book” and “audiobook” are not the same lol. Graphic audio is acted out by different VAs.
