It's not about the amount of emails, it's about the QUALITY you bring.

Instead of 50 emails in 30 days, with a extremely poor quality.

They could have made a longer bi-weekly e-mail tat contained the same information, but in a longer format.

Mostly the e-mail consisted of 20 lines of text with how I can make 10K a month.

But the worst part...

I have gotten 50 EMAILS in the last 30 days...

But...

I deleted myself from someones mail list.

In the first place I wanted to see how the content quality was.
In the second place I wanted to see their messaging.
