You know, State Department procedure is to help people leave _before_ hostilities begin. Trump/Rubio must have deliberately countermanded procedures, intentionally leaving Americans stranded. IOW it wasn't merely their incompetence but rather an actual decision.

I'll admit, watching our fellow American citizens being publicly executed in broad daylight by ICE made me feel a variety of emotions. Fearful, angry, disgusted, anxious, many things.
