I read a stat that said for every dollar of SNAP assistance, $1.50 - $1.80 is generated in the local economy.

I got really mad at them when they rushed to MAL to kiss the ring after railing on trump’s corruption and criminality for years. I refused to watch it for months. I watch it sometimes now, but never all of it.

It probably won’t be fixed in our lifetimes unless the 18-29 yos show up and vote out the GOP en masse. Even then, it would take 2/3 of both chambers and a president who wouldn’t veto it. Then their court will overrule it unless we clean house for corruption.

He’s just one of the many reasons I left the state after 30 years.

I had 3 different MAGAz argue with me today about inflation. It was 2.5% last year under Biden, but has increased to 2.7, 2.9, now 3.0% under trump. Tariffs and poor policy, of course. They tried to use the whataboutism of post covid 2021 inflation that isn’t comparable. 🙄
