My roommate is always here. They’re a college student with an internship and all their classes and internship are remote. They literally never leave. They will go weeks without ever stepping foot outside. I’m gonna lose my mind.

Do y’all ever get like super mentally thrown off after having nightmares?
Sometimes I have nightmares that are so bad that I’m fucked up about it for the whole day. Like just can’t get my brain on the right track. I can’t be alone in this, right?
