The downfall is that good qualified people will never get interviews because the applications and resumes go through a scammer to detect particular words that HR is looking for, which means those resumes and apps will never make it to anyone important

One of the requirements is to have 3 years' experience relating to this position, so because I don't have that on my resume, the algorithm won't pick it up and therefore I may never get to work for this company.

Sucks when you're told by someone who works at your dream job that they don't see the cover letters and resumes because it goes through a scanner that looks for the requirements before sending it to the manager. The big coincidence is that it's an employment centre...figure that out.
