Believe it or not, “repressive clerical regimes are bad” is a completely separate point from “illegal wars of aggression are bad,” and you don’t actually have to make one in order to make the other.

I think an important note here is that what we now know about Summers’ involvement with the Epstein class dovetails perfectly with every policy he’s ever backed — he’s been advocating for the predatory uppermost class his entire career.
