I DNF’d so many books in the month of February but I’m finishing up Binding 13 from The Boys of Tommen series and wow this books is really under hyped. I love all the characters #binding13 #boysoftommen #booksky

#darkromance readers what’s your favorite book or series? I keep seeing the same couple of books recommend and I’ve read most of them. (The lords, legacy of the gods, Haunting Adaline- DNF this one, to name a few) My tbr is so romantasy heavy I want to switch it up #booksky

I’ve been so hesitant to start this bc so many people have said the FMC is annoying and the reviews are so mixed. People seem to either love it or hate it! The plot sounds intriguing. I think I’m going to have to give it a shot and see for myself too 😂

I’m the same way. I have a hard time not finishing but I’m getting better about it when I dont like a book. My tbr is full of recommendations now, so hopefully, I’ll find more stories I enjoy the rest of the month.

I completely relate. I’m becoming more okay with not seeing things through to the end I’m really not enjoying. Or putting them down for later if it’s just not the right vibe for my mood

That’s a great way to put it. I used to force myself to keep reading but I agree, I’d rather spend time reading things that I enjoy vs pushing through something for the sake of finishing

I just added this to my list to read this month. I read Healing the Witch Wound over the summer which seems along the same theme and I’m still processing new thoughts from that one.

I decided to switch to audible to read For the Wolf. I’m almost done the story is so slow moving I’m struggling to get through it but it’s starting to finally pick up. I haven’t been feeling anything I’ve been reading this month #readingslump

Had my first #dnf book of the year. I only had one last year. I usually try and finish them even if I’m not loving it in hope the author will pull it all together in the end but sometimes I’ve just had enough. Are you a DNF person if you dont like a book or do you see it through? #booksky

He has magic and lives in the Wilder wood where she’s sent. The legends she grew up learning seem to be lies. So far it’s pretty good but I’m only 1/3 the way through

I’m a book club on the fable app and it was this months pick. It’s a story about a kingdom where tradition says the 1st daughter is for the throne the 2nd daughter is a sacrifice to the Wolf. The story follows the 2nd daughter. She has powers she can’t control and the Wolf is a man

I did read Powerless and liked it but I haven’t read any further into the series yet. I’m going to add Red Queen to my TBR. I’m reading For the Wolf right now

Hii! I read a lot of romantasy but just started reading some darker themed ones last year Anathema by Keri Lake and The Sheppard King duology by Rachel Gillig were my favorites so far! I love having bookish friends to talk about things I read 😂 makes it more fun!

Haunting Adeline is the only book I DNF last year I couldn’t get into it but I think I’m going to go back and try and finish it this month. I’m such a mood reader. I’m reading Amidst Clouds & Bones for book club this month and am excited for it.
