Frying cheese is so good. Whenever I toast burritos, as a last step I love to melt some cheese in the pan, press the burrito into it and let it crisp a bit. It really brings out extra flavor from the cheese!

One of my favorite random things to see on video platforms like TikTok or YouTube is tours of Japanese homes for sale. I never scroll past them

I'll never be in a position where this info is useful but I think it's neat seeing the layout of traditional and modern Japanese homes

Feeling sick and all I want is some good food to feel better but my sense of taste and smell are pretty fucked right now 😭

My favorite mod that I've found so far is definitely Star Control which makes playing with a controller so much easier because I don't need to go between keyboard and controller as often to use different mod hotkeys

I spent nearly the entire day yesterday updating Stardew Valley mods (like no joke, probably 5+ hours) but now I have a *ton* of new stuff to keep me busy on a new playthrough

Been getting that annual itch to play a new Stardew Valley run but *not* looking forward to updating mods 😹

Thinking about doing a Joja run since I've never done it before and I'm curious what SV Expanded does with it

Doesn't surprise me, I think a lot of large creators have avoided bsky because they'd have to rebuild a following *and* wouldn't have an algorithm boosting their views. Much easier for them to just stay on 🐦 and be awful there 🙄

It's actually a big deal for me because going to drag shows gave me my first real feeling of connection to a broader community (before finding my local furry friend group) and was such a positive impact on my life, so having an event that ties it all together feels exciting. I can't wait

Tobi and I are going to see Zedd at the state fair this Friday along with the local drag king whose performances using Zedd songs like "I Want You To Know" and "Break Free" are what drew me into going to drag shows regularly 6-7 years ago because it appealed to my raver side

I feel like the popularity of work-simulator video games destroys any argument that people wouldn't work if their basic necessities were provided to them. People aren't "lazy" they just want their work to be fulfilling and not feel like they're being held hostage
