He's does low voltage electrical work. He did the Sphere here in Vegas. He did all the fiber for the TVs that make the dome and sound for it.

We are leaving too. We have a condo being built in Tulum right now. Should be ready early 2026. Planning on full time there by 2028. 💜

I will come back to Vegas for doctor appointments. That's it. Until we move to Mexico. Then I will see doctors there. I had breast cancer last year. Going through all the follow ups now.

I am 😊 I not worried about him. He will do so good. He wants to move to Europe after college. 💜 he doesn't want to be here. He knows he can't afford to live here and make a life.

We are set to close escrow 8/5. If I can close escrow earlier. I'm absolutely going to. The buyers want to close sooner. I need time to settle the kiddo.
