This is a legit method to add the missing premade pets back into premade households in a new save *without* losing any of the improved relationships etc that have changed for those Sims. Be sure to pay attention to the parts about not *overwriting* the household and about *which* Sims to delete.

Building for myself was one of the best decisions I made in the Sims 4. Not only has it become a creative outlet, it has saved me from hour long searches for lots.

Even without your new Bellacorde architecture, your recolor would fit more in Tartosa than the original Maxis one IMO!
