hello down there

pain is better today than yesterday but still not gone. medicating with ibuprofen and a heating pad seems to help marginally

pain is constant and exacerbates with movement, i can comfortably move my head ear-to-shoulder on both sides but pain when i tilt head straight down or diagonally to the left. yesterday i also couldn’t lift my right arm without pain. side sleeper trying to be a back sleeper but it never lasts.
