Fisherman love trout. They are so slippery! Me and Mike Icon went out to Hickory Run and I caught a bunch of trout while everyone else watched. It was super embarrassing when I dropped this fish.

There was once a northeast event called Fahrenheit. It was where a lot of people that I know now are connected over flow arts, friendship and magic. We kept it together for while but once we lost our venue and COVID hit it was over. Someday I'll put a bunch of energy in and do it again.

Slowly getting better at making mugs. These six are now glazed and in the oven!

Well let's get two more and get a game going some day. I have a set here in Philly.

Being Chinese is pretty cool. For the past half a year I've been playing Mah Jong with the fam. I've definitely improved but still lose somewhere between 20-40 bucks, usually to my sister.

Monthly for the past year Nat and I have thrown The Fishtown Juggling and Flow Club here in Philly. It's been really nice and it's so cool to meet new people and have them come out and learn to juggle. We take a photo of every club but this one is not the "official " one.

For about 5 years I taught juggling at a performing arts camp called Camp Winnarainbow in Laytonville CA. Being at the camp was life changing and helped open me up to people more. I loved playing dominos with friends, hanging in the costume barn and staring at the stars by the labyrinth.

My sister is a full-time photographer and makes a career out of it. Social media makes everybody think they're the best photographer in the world. Someday I'll return to it and taking portraits and stuff. At this point I really just enjoy taking pictures of plants, rocks, and the occasional selfie.

Meeting George R R Martin at Stacey's Books. I also saw him at the Cole Valley Library. I used to fall asleep to reruns of Beauty and the Beast TV show. I've been a fan for a long time and I'm just excited that he's still doing anything even if he's not finishing that last book.

For close to a decade I helped organize an event in California called FireDrums. It was my first flow festival and I met so many amazing people being a part of it. These signs I had made by friend Garrett and others. They are workshop signs and I am pretty sure still kicking and at the event.

I used to go to the thing in the desert called Burning Man. I went for ten years in a row, spinning fire, checking out art and stressin over a theme camp. It's one of the places that shaped me as a human. This is a photo on a disposable camera of the temple in 2008.

This is in my early days of teaching high school. This guy's name is Don Francis and is a legend in the history of San Francisco and the world. Dr. Don Francis was one of the first people to suggest that HIV was caused by an infectious agent. Check out the movie "And the Band Played On".

Shenandoah is amazing.

Every summer I used to backpack for about 5 years with the couple buddies. This is 3ish years ago when I went backpacking with my friends, Mikey and Lucas. Cheers to 2025 and trying to get on the trail at least one or two more times.

Most of my weekend was spent practicing pottery. Getting better at throwing bowls. Definitely improving centering for trimming. Little by little.

So over thanksgiving I went with Nat and her family to the jersey shore. We visited The Jersey Shore House from the MTV show. Aside from the duck phone the coolest part was walking to the house from behind the t-shirt shop counter.

Carpin'

Over the past two years I've been spending a lot of time fishing. I remember fishing with my dad when I was little in Shell Creek Park in Island Park, NY. He would catch snapper and feed them to a backyard cart. Here's a picture with a carp that a friend Adam helped me catch in a park in Denver.

In warmer times I love going camping with bae. We always make little potato packets over the fire. Any one have any cool recipes with foil packs?

For many years I've had a shrimp tank. I've slacked on taking care of it every now and then. But it's really nice and relaxing. Plus now it has a few guppies.
