It doesn’t disinterest me- however arguably the outcome of the case is that Peggie didn’t “win” despite the headlines. Proportionate reporting is fine but there are at least 3 other stories being ignored because they are favourable to the Scottish government. Energy, Education and the Parkhead NHS.

The reason this case is being reported on more, in my view, is because of the FWS case at the SC. I don’t think it’s reported on enough. I have also seen a lot about the Darlington nurses case but as this topic interests me perhaps I’m looking out for it.

Of course they should report on the case. However it should be in a balanced unbiased way. Unfortunately there don’t seem to be any journalists capable of that kind of reporting at the BBC anymore
