There was ICE and border patrol all over the neighborhood my kid is going to be trick or treating in this afternoon. There was ICE across the street from my child's school. GTFO ICE.

My costume is radicalized suburban mom. I'm sitting out on the front lawn with neighbors handing out hot cocoa to the adults and candy to the kids. I'll have my whistle and my Signal app and my head on swivel.

I am confused as to why outdoor malls are so much more successful than indoor malls. At least in North US.

Pre iced and ice yourself versions

Rolls in a dish with plastic wrap over them.

Steps 3 through 7: Roll out the dough. Spread the blueberry... jam? I don't know what I made but it's delicious. I cooked it too long and it didn't spread easily, so don't do that.

Then you roll it up, cut & place in a dish, cover it with plastic wrap & stick it in the fridge overnight.

Blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a sauce pan. What could go wrong?

Step two: filling. I'm kinda winging it here, not sure how much I'll need, but too much is better than too little, right? May possibly have to make pancakes tomorrow morning as well to use any extra filling.

To distract myself from the job situation I'm trying something the internet suggested, but with my own twist. Blueberry cinnamon rolls with a lemon icing. Step one: dough....
