Our new tool for multi-modal data analysis! nipalsMCIA implements multiple co-inertia analysis (MCIA) via nonlinear partial iterative least squares (NIPALS). It's great for large datasets commonly found in multi-omic single-cell studies, and allows for easy out-of-sample embeddings.

The process begins by defining regulatory anchors, such as DNase hypersensitive sites (rDHSs) and transcription factor (TF) clusters, which are filtered and classified using histone marks and other features. Elements are classified into functional categories, including promoters, proximal and distal enhancers, and CTCF-bound sites. The resulting registry includes millions of cCREs for human (GRCh38) and mouse (mm10), depicted alongside their classifications. Cervical Cancer Mortality Among US Women Younger Than 25 Years This study examines trends in cervical cancer mortality in US women aged younger than 25 years before and after the introduction of human papillomavirus vaccines.

The HPV vaccine has been recommended in the US since 2006. New study out today shows that cervical cancer deaths in young women in the years that followed have plummeted, decreasing 15% per year from 2013-2015.

Yes. This. Each time I post about the hypocrisy I'm getting these kinds of cynical responses, and really, stop it. I get that everyone copes in their own way, but don't pre-give in. Fight for your actual rights. Call out the hypocrisy. Not to convince them, but to remind everyone else.

Remember when he fumed about Twitter Files and "liberal bias"? Elon's X was MUCH worse.
