Petition: Change law regarding owners giving up their dogs We don't think owners have enough rights to reclaim their dog once it's been relinquished, even if they regret the decision, misunderstand the agreement, or are scammed.

If you rehome your dog without a signed agreement, you can’t reclaim them if the new owner breaks their promise & your dog is in the wrong hands.

This petition protects you and your dog from unfair separation.
