We went for our honeymoon in ‘23! In Auckland, I second the Te Papa and Waiheke suggestions. Also, good tiki cocktails at The Good Luck Coconut. In Wellington, you’ve gotta do WETA workshop, but should also check out Kaitoke Park, where the “Get off the road” scene in LOTR was shot.
