The European Court of Human Rights has dealt with over 430,000 applications in the last 10 years.
Less than 2% of those related to immigration.
And more than 90% of THOSE were dismissed by the Court.

Fairness towards people who come to Europe in search of protection, safety, or better opportunities does not seem to be something the Member States care much about.
The new draft Regulation on the return of migrants introduces return hubs, reduces protections, and aims to speed up and simplify the return process.
