Oh I love the variety shows. Kian’s b&b was delightful. Getaway and go with Jangdobari is lovely too.

I also like the reality/dating shows where the hosts seem to be watching along with you for the first time. Fun reactions.

That and I could not imagine western celebrities agreeing to any of the crazy things that happen in the variety shows.

I have definitely seen the difference in production in the dramas. And to a lesser extent in the variety shows. The big thing I take away from the variety shows is a feeling. They feel more kind than American reality shows.

I have not watched many shows before say 2020

Netflix is what I watch on currently. Though I have recently found viki.

I have been immersing myself in Korean language media ( #kdrama #kpop) plus Duolingo. I have recently really enjoyed the variety/reality shows. Curious if these shows on Netflix are overly westernized or not.

The wod rp accounts feed is fun too. Typically in character folks. They reply to non-rp stuff but usually in character.

i have a visible whiteboard full of clocks that get ticked up as the players do stuff in our vtm game. I also have several hidden clocks for secret things. they are a nice way for the players to quickly see the goals they once thought were important and how well they have worked towards them.

She stayed through the first 8 hours is a great sign.

If you post about vtm this feed should pick it up. Adding #vtm will ensure it’s picked up but also most clan names and such will trigger it too.

You might check out this starter pack. The two feeds are a good starting point. The rp accounts do a good job on the feel for the clans.

Ah yes I liked it too. “It’s okay to not be okay” is another I really liked.

Have you watched Hotel Del Luna, staring IU as a hotel owner with powers...? its great too similar fantasy vibes.
