Illinois congressman Mike Bost went to the Supreme Court to challenge Illinois' vote by mail law. Illinois counts ballots that arrive upto 14 days after election day. Bost claims he can challenge ballot access bc he has to pay his staff for 2wks and bc later VBM ballots might lower his win margin.
