We need different housing prices. In my area we're getting 5 bedroom 2 garage 3/4 million dollar homes. Which will be likely be bought as investments & each bedroom rented separately. We need closer to war-time housing. Something at an attainable price for people who will actually live there.

I don't have to cook dinner tonight. So instead I cleaned the kitchen, cut up rotisserie chickens into 1 meal of whole chicken & a bunch of 1 cup pouches of shredded chicken, boiled eggs for the week, cleaned out the fridge & repackaged/culled (1/2)

Chit chats worked great when Canada Post was on strike, so once I get it up and running, or the madness stops. Hopefully back to full shipping on a free weeks. All other countries are as usual!

I've had to temporarily take the US off my store shipping list. Etsy will not allow parcel shipments to the US using Canada Post. I'm still working on the request pops and still creating! I will open the US up again as soon as I find a reliable alternative to Canada Post

Went to Laura Secord house today. Built in the 1800's and commemorating a Canadian hero. JJ was in full history buff mode. It was so hot, we didn't make it to McFarland House, we chose sitting on the museum patio eating Laura Secord ice cream.

It got really painful, so back to the dentist to check for infection. He took an xray to verify no bone issue, then put in a slow dissolve collagen plug to aid in healing, & gave me an antibiotic prescription.

The collagen plug is INFUSED WITH CLOVE OIL!!

My mouth tastes like I ate Christmas!

All week I've been using clove oil at the tooth extraction site. It's anaesthetic & antibiotic. But it tastes AWFUL!! I've been gagging all week, and I smell like Krampus!

Had a molar pulled Saturday. It had broken and exposed nerves. With the risk of infection I decided to have it pulled. Woke up Monday with dry socket. Must have lost the clot in the night. Looked at my own jawbone! Freaky 🥴.

This is one sad birb. His feet have been sore and so we cut his toenails. It's the first time we've had to, he was always active enough to keep them short. He did so good! But it's understandably upset. I put on Jurassic park 3 for him (he likes the birds) and he's sleeping on me.
