GM Tip: Players often want to make highly competent characters and don't think to put conflict into their backstories. But conflict is great for making good stories! Ask the players to come up with at least one messy part of their past that can be mined for ideas in the campaign.

I had a Bulkhead idea and chose to do something with it. I would play into him being a gentle giant like in TFA while also being smart. His arc focusing on him becoming brave enough to use that brain and brawn.

Just a fun run however if I had to do a take on Harley Quinn I’d combine elements of classic and “Caped Crusader”. I’m thinking capable manipulator gets broken and trained by the Joker.
