ICE announced in an internal memo a pilot program to pay agents $200 for each immigrant deported within seven days, and $100 for those deported within 14 days. The program was quickly rescinded after it was leaked to the media, and DHS then denied it ever happened.

The EPA is preparing to cancel $7 billion in grants intended to fund rooftop solar projects for low- and middle-income households. Officials plan to send notices to all 60 recipients in the Solar for All program, spanning 49 states, informing them that their funding has been revoked.
