I wrote you all today expressing my deep frustrations in the state of our nation and of our world.

I feel I am least somewhat represented in our govt. Many others are not. I do what I can, but I am losing hope and faith.

Very interesting and helpful. Last year I planted Sunflowers in ground and pole beans near them in containers to climb. It worked ok(SF were small) and I was going to try again this year. Since the allelopathy is spread by the roots of sunflowers I assume the container may protect the beans.

I hadn't thought of beans along with potatoes. Can you elaborate? I grow primarily in containers, if that changes anything.

I've been looking forward to it! I got a late start last year, hoping to remedy that this year.
