I think Congress has to approve their extension.

I’ve lived in DC a long time, through the snowpocolypse and snowmageddon, and clearing out after this storm has been harder than any those. A goodly amount of snow followed by a lot sleet and freezing rain and freezing temps since the storm. Never seen this combination before.

Legit question: would Trump’s desire for lower interest rates drive home prices up or down? Seems that lower mortgage rates might encourage people to get a mortgage which would increase demand for housing and drive prices up.

No. But I think a force as well-trained as I expect an airborne division is could pivot to whatever it is they wanted them to do in Minnesota. They’ve already sent National Guard troops to LA, DC and elsewhere to perform tasks outside their standard brief.

Minnesota OR Greenland. I have not seen much discussion in the press about this very possibility. I guaranteed the US mobilizing a cold weather trained airborne division is raising some eyebrows in European defense circles.
