Seriously? I think someone needs to get outside more often or at least learn to draw on their own instead of engaging in art vandalism...

But it drives me crazy when certain individuals, who think they're above others, tamper with other people's work and draw something over it or alter details, calling it "fixing" and "improving."

After all, in the game, they're just cookies, not people. They don't have a race; they only have the ingredients they're made from.

Nevertheless, in the "fixed" art, the skin was very, very dark, much darker than in the game. I don't see the logic here.
That being said, I have nothing against any humanizations of this or other characters. People have the right to give them any skin color they wish.

Isn't that racism or something like that? Because according to that person's logic and those like them, the character should have the same skin "tone" as in the game (though they don't have skin; it's just the standard color of any cookie—I'd even say it's a bit lighter).

I found an art where he was depicted with light skin; it was a humanization. The comments were filled with outrage about the character's skin being "lightened." People were insulting the artist, and one individual "fixed" the art by repainting the skin to be very, very dark.

And I thought that the same logic should apply to other things, like the cookies from that one fairly popular game. I really like one character from there. And I was looking for art of him on Pinterest. In the game, the character has a slightly tanned complexion. Just slightly.

I don't understand some people. Doesn't the humanization of something involve using the artist's own vision? If you take a black-furred cat and humanize it, is it obligated to have black skin? I don't think so...
