This might be off-base, but I feel like shotguns in multiplayer games when I was younger were really strong to the point of potentially being overpowered, and over the years they've been collectively nerfed into being dookie dog water.
Personally, I prefer when shotguns were fun!

V'ehxness Route was brief but peak. A problem with Hundred Line is that you have a route like Box of Blessings that's way too long for how dull it is, meanwhile a route like V'ehxness which contains some of the most compelling writing in the game is too short.
