Leaf, a furry tiger is floating past the clouds with a giant hose snugly fit in her butt. The hose is trailing behind her as she rises into the sky, reaching the ground and connecting to a tank of helium. The helium pumps her full and turns her into a big, tight creaking blimp. She braces and holds onto her massive, inflated breasts as she floats into the sky, belly first. The hose will run out of slack eventually, and she'll deflate slowly before gently floating back down to the ground.

leaf wasn't careful enough with her helium ... hopefully she won't forget to tie herself down next time :)
