yeah it's made by a B-team most likely. and it's not directed by miyazaki. it's an attempt at a new genre and im here for it, ofc it won't be as polished, but it's absolutely incredible that fromsoft is able to try wild stuff like this knowing full well it is not a safe bet for them.

it's more the case of more and more games not shying away from being challenging after the success of the souls series. I'd say it's a pretty good thing that games aren't as afraid of trusting their players as a few years back. I'm curious, what games were you thinking about when you wrote this?
