Remember when I said I'd do nothing but cook today? Well, I made Mom's version of Paella with chicken...and whenever I have to handle chicken meat I absolutely MUST clean and disinfect the whole kitchen. That's one of my ticks. But hey, that only took 3 hours, including eating of course. 🫠🙃🥲

How do I know my period is due in about 1 or 2 days? HUNGER! I could eat everything in sight. I made a HUGE millet-vegetable casserole with eggs and cream and everything in it, had a pretty big portion of that WITH a lot of Chinese cabbage salad...and I could eat again after barely 4 hours. WTF? 😫
