One of those days where I just want to buy a massive party sub and spend all day eating it.

I know it's been a while since I've posted, so I figured I'd give a little update-

I moved to a new state to live with my partner, was sick with the flu for most of the move, and this past weekend we were struck by an SUV while driving.

We are both okay and recovering slowly. Love you all 💜🦌

I try not to post about sad things often, but today our parakeet Lux passed away suddenly and I am just... in shock I guess.

He was making so much progress healing from his previous owners and learning to trust humans again, and to have him ripped away so suddenly is just, awful.

R.I.P. Lux.

To add to this:

No group is completely homogenous, so remember to never attack or mistreat a group of people based on individuals within it.

Also, be wary of those who try to tell you who your enemies are. A news network shouldn't dictate your dislike of people.

There's so much hateful rhetoric online and in politics, especially with it being an election year, so I think it's time for some reminders.

Love is always stronger than hate and fear. Those different from you are not your enemies, we all share this Earth and our different paths don't change that.

I love you all. Please remember to tell those closest to you how much you love them, as often as you can. Even if just through a hug or smile.

It goes a long way, especially during tough times.
