25.03.2025 14:21 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Yep! Strengthening core really helps with pelvic floor muscles. I recently went to PT for this exact thing. I had a very weak core that contributed to a LOT of issues. Even things like breathing correctly contributes to it!
I really liked the PT, and learned a lot of things. I hope it goes well!

When her father would return for his yearly visit after traveling the world and teaching, he would bring her books and tutor her. History, reading and writing were here favorite.
