The keratin thing seems pretty reliable then,but i also can’t tell how much of this is MC making stuff up on top of that…the different appearances is obvious if you pay attention in-game(Also describing their appearance as a pus filled blister? I think its interesting that third eyes aren't present at birth (thinking of Arenvald- in JP he really did have one growing in) I wonder if it shows up faster if you have two Garlean parents? Or if there's any difference in appearance?
