The whole "clam sauce" thing is a little misleading, the sauce is really just a kinda-fishy alfredo-ish creamy thing.

I'd actually thought for years that it was an allfredo sauce of some sort! Checking out the online menu description was the first I realized they were doing something kinda different. It's very similar in texture and richness. Just.... seafoody.

I can absolutely confirm that it is!

But people are always freaking out about Japanese pizza! (Not me, I also think a lot of the topping combos I've seen sound delicious 😋)

It's not much of a schedule, but I'm gonna post it anyway! It's important to keep up with good habits. 🙂⬆️⬇️ For the week of December 8th to 14th, there will be no weekday streams! Holiday stuff is keeping me busy. I'll be back for the usual weekend shenanigans.

For me I use this as a base and will change things to taste.

Really loving the design on this boss monster for the Variant Dungeon! Is it a new model/skeleton? Honestly I'm loving the bright storybook colors I've seen so far!

Like I said, glad to see lots of Krile focus here! I knew the narrator had an "old lady" sort of voice in the JP trailer... very curious to see who she is! So many milala NPCs, it's interesting that those concerned with the key and dimensions seem to be descendants of those lalas that jumped worlds.

Oh yeah, I usually use chicken broth... though if I can get mushroom broth that's just as good if not better! (also I'll dice a carrot and saute it in the fat with the onions, that gives it a little more color and sweetness)

It really is! If you use chicken with some skin or fat to it, it makes the resulting rice so nice and rich and flavorful!

One Pot Chicken and Rice This hearty and delicious chicken and rice combines rich and flavorful rice with well seasoned chicken or an easy one pot meal.

Most things at Budget Bytes are solid, but one of my favourite recipes I got from them is their one pot chicken and rice. You can make it with bone-in thighs, or legs, or whatever chicken you could get for cheap! It was tonight's supper! 😋

Oh hell yeah, Chef John's recipe for this is PERFECT. It lets all the flavors come together, it's rich and hearty, and it makes enough food to last for days or feed a bunch of people!

I grew up eating variants of this where all the parts were cooked separate. This one's MUCH better.
