Use of Anti-PD1 Blockade After Hedgehog Inhibitors or as First-Line Therapy for Gorlin Syndrome This case series examines treatment with anti–programmed cell death 1 (PD1) immunotherapy for patients with basal cell nevus syndrome.

⚠️ Anti-PD1 therapy could serve as an effective systemic treatment for patients with basal cell nevus syndrome who are resistant to hedgehog inhibitors, leveraging the immune system to address new occurrences of basal cell carcinoma 💡🧠🔬.
