My only post about the election is this. Today is a dark day & being any emotion is OK. Today though is not the day to give up fighting or to remember that you have loved ones in your corner. You aren't alone! We will persevere though the storm & reignite a flame of hope that hasn't gone out yet!

I am beyond terrified for January. Seeing the results and feel like I either need to hide or flee if possible my anxiety was a solid 10 yesterday and now I'm awake and having a panic attack.
