Cooking a whole eel was one of the weirdest things I've ever made. Really tasty and def worth it but I kinda wish it wasn't bc I'd do it again. But idk I also acquired this whole eel in a really odd way so I probs don't need to worry about it, access to an entire eel isnt normally within my reach

I really like seeing motivational quote memes from the biz/hustle culture type accounts bc they steal the most poorly thought out lines of copy I've ever seen, like "If you fall... Just make sure you fall forward." Bad advice for any situation really, that's how you crack your dome open and die dude

Being gone for a bit has given me a new appreciation for US tv commercials, especially the ones for bigass trucks they play during football games. I also really like that a show called "Deal or No Deal Island" is real and on its second season

Bluesky for tweeting; Mastodon for lurking. Whatsapp for a phone; phone mostly for a GPS and googling stuff. Reddit to open search result links; avoided otherwise. IG to keep up with people who don't have Whatsapp or check their email; Facebook account reduced to a zipped JSON file a long time ago
