A dish of South Tyrolean favourites all in one place. A big curly sausage (not a euphemism) sits atop cabbage salad goulash and roast potatoes, with a bread dumpling nestled in the centre. Delicious!

Nom! I hadn’t really clocked how not-Italian that area is until we got there. Enjoyed a medley of everything south Tyrollean on our last night!

Congratulations on the new house! Having experienced the Biathlon shuttle service, leave yourself about 3 hours to get to the stadium from the parking/station. Hopefully they’ve learned from the chaos yesterday… but if not, you’ll need it!

I’ve just watched a (French) neighbour try and conduct the call on my behalf. It appears that actually speaking French is not the issue. It’s just that neither of us speak Utility Company. 😅

In person with context I’m ok but having to deal with phone calls to set up a gas and electric supply is well, difficult. So thankful for today’s caller, who actually spoke slower when I asked them to!
