Children are missing more school in 2025 due to repeated COVID infection.
The COVID pandemic continues...without any 'public health' protections.
Children are becoming disabled as a result.

COVID infection causes epigenetic changes to DNA which can cause glutathione deficiency (among other epigenetic problems) via methylation.

Not surprised to learn that Doug Fraud is appointing another uneducated, unqualified individual to continue to dismantle public education in Ontario.

I believe this is the most realistic Long COVID timeline for me, based on my symptoms.

Doctors should start testing for mycoplasma infections as part of general battery of blood tests to ensure it is ruled out for everyone who has Long COVID.

Granted I have no idea how long I have had a systemic mycoplasma infection. This could have pre-dated what I believe to be my first COVID infection in Dec 2019.
Perhaps it was only a mycoplasma infection that caused my tachycardia in Dec2019 (not sure).
GPs never test for mycoplamsa infection...

There was also a comfirmed COVID infection in Aug 2023 (technically the only time I ever tested positive with a RAT test).
Have never tested positive with PCR or blood tests (taken many over the years).

Alternative COVID vaccination is Novavax but for some stupid reason its not available in Canada, so need to go to US.

3-4 days after taking Moderna mRNA COVID vaccine (batch 3053317) this year, my D-dimer more than doubled & C-reactive protein elevated (possible DVT - negative).
Everyone with Long COVID should consider blood tests for D-dimer and CRP a few days after boosting.
If reactive like me, then stop mRNAs

Since COVID vaccines were made available, I've had 13 mRNA boosters (2 of 15 total were Novavax when they were available in Canada).
I have never noticed reactivity to vaccination until this year, but my GP never did bloodwork right after vaccination. Ever.
My current Internist did recently.

My possible Long COVID timeline:
-pre-existing GSTP1 genetic deficiency
-COVID infection Dec 2019
-epigenetic changes of GSTP1 exacerbating toxin build up
-systemic mycoplasma infection developed
*repeated mRNA vaccine boosters (15) MAY have exacerbated build-up of toxins
-LAD MI in Jan 2025

It is possible for a person with a GDTP1 genetic deficiency to be asymptomatic their entire life, until something like epigenetic changes by COVID trigger it (making it much worse).
In my case, I've also had an undiagnosed, systemic mycoplasma infection (treating now with doxycycline)

Liposomal glutathione supplement is helping.
Regardless of the testing, everyone with LC could just try the supplement to see if it helps.

Covid has left behind many people, and it's still happening to this day. The forums of people with long Covid see new persons every week who have just developed the illness.

It could be anyone of us next. These cases are dramatic, but like every other illness, there are much milder ones.

Best thing that could come from this is to better educate doctors, so they understand what Long COVID is possibly how to diagnose/treat features of the disorder (no clear diagnostic/treatment yet).
They need to trust people & actually try to help.
