Even in a city like Boston with good trains and bus routes there was nowhere I couldn’t get to faster on my bike.

I also use the little crepe pan. What I like best is how I can just crack a couple eggs into it, flatten them out with the spatch’ and make the quickest, easiest omelette that looks so neat and cute and tasty.
