Happy to report that I got the only two cards that matter from the new MTG set. ✨🌭✨

Ended up making a very simple mockup in Blender and tracing/drawing on top of it. 👍

Today's Art Tips are about Character Design!

- TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM ASYMMETRICAL DESIGNS. The constant double checking gets real old, real quick.

- implify the color palette to one hue to get an instantaneous "read"! Ppl can easily track who is who if they associate them with a specific color.

*Simplify

That second tip is especially useful if, like me, you're working on a long form project and your style and skills change over time!
