I’m not a law enforcement expert, but doesn’t the state of Illinois and every county and city in it have law enforcement officers who are trained to question suspicious persons and confirm their legitimacy? Let THEM confront armed and masked thugs and keep their body cams on.

How will “eyes wide open” stop them? How we stop them is all that matters.
