She makes associations very fast, that last forever.

So, one night I went into my closet and grabbed a shoe to kill a cockroach (the banging the shoe on the wall was what was scary). From then on, anytime I walked into my closet was scary bc it may lead to me banging on the wall with a shoe.

Folding laundry scares her because I used to shake the clothes, and they would pop. I stopped doing that years ago. She still leaves the room if I start folding.

I tried tossing her handfuls of treats while folding to re-condition her... Instead she started being fearful when I got out the treats.

It scares her when I:
- push a button on the refrigerator
- crack eggs
- fold laundry
- walk into my closet
- swear

My Keena is starting Prozac today.

She's always been a nervous girl, but we've managed it with positivity and support.

But she's going to be 12 this year, and the list of things that make her cower and hide is getting ridiculous.

I don't want her living with high baseline anxiety.

I've never seen a spider bite me, but from this graphic I learn I've had many spots that were potentially spider bites. 😳

I am now officially weirded out, knowing I've had mystery spider bites.

I was a weird kid who rented 80s slashers from Blockbuster to watch alone. I loved horror, and it was pretty much dead until Scream revived it. That and the introduction of the meta element were what made Scream so cool for me.

I adored Scream, so I followed the franchise.

1-3 were during my youth so they all hold special meaning for me. 4 was cool bc of nostalgia. 5 wasn't bad. I really enjoyed 6 at the time but ultimately, forgettable. I'll see 7 but I don't have high expectations.

There's definitely a part of me that doesn't want to win the Cup until this shit stain is out of office, because I don't want to see our guys do this.
