Yeah well, I lasted a month 😂

A bag of weed, a new book and some chocolate and a steady supply of Long Island Ice Tea.

Been outside working in the garden today. Got all the pot plants cut right back and cleared. Managed to get one bed weeded and tided. Lost a few Delphiniums over the winter too which is a bit disappointing.

Been and bought myself a dremel today, I'm looking forward to playing about with that 😁

I have been taking some chamomile tea before bed which is nice but I'm still lying awake for what feels like forever. I'd try valerian but it stinks and I can't get past that. Someone recommended Melatonin Gummies so I am going to look into those too.

I'm kind of getting used to being sober now. It is still shit but it's not making me as angry about everything which is nice.

Might need something to help with sleep of a nighttime. It basically feels like I never have any though my watch assures me I do.
