Do i have any trainer friends on here? I'm looking for a minimum weightlifting routine for bone density. I like machines. I don't mind bulking a little, but i really only want to put in the effort it takes to avoid osteoporosis. Lazy girl weightlifting. Equally lazy boy for tax. Thanks!
